It's always weird to imagine that the antique relatives were ever once teenagers. It's even weirder to think about my Aunt Gladys -- who died the year before I was born -- might have ever been 16.* Yet here she is.*Gladys is my grandfather Kenneth Cooper's older sister.

I just ran across the pictures of Gladys Cooper in Atchison Kansas. She was a very dear friend of my great aunt aunt Ruth Hanson who lived at 316 Atchison street. I may even have other pictures of Gladys if you are interested
My grandmother was Helen Stanton. I remember the home on 316 Atchison St. when I was a little girl.
