I know I've posted this before, but it's a great picture of my great-grandmother Georgia -- and it's a reminder to me of the importance of the women in our family histories.

This year is the 100th anniversary of International Women's Day. It's important to me to honor the women of our past by working to secure a more equal world for the women of the future.
